The Deep Blue journey started in May 1999 when we took our first booking for a two bedroom apartment in Reading. Since those modest beginnings we’ve grown to become one of the most experienced and trusted serviced apartment providers in the UK, taking thousands of bookings and building lasting relationships with satisfied clients along the ways

In 1999, we were one of the first to embrace email and on-line booking when others were still using faxes and post. We were pioneers in eliminating irrelevant complicated contracts, replacing them with simple on-line terms and conditions. In 2005 we extended our reach by offering apartments from providers all over the UK, enabling our clients to get the same superior level of service in high quality serviced apartments throughout the country.
Today, while we still maintain our roots as a ‘family-business’, we have one of the most advanced websites in the industry and are constantly striving to keep up-to-date with current technology.
We’re not in the business of flaunting our achievements; we know the key to our success is our people and our apartments. We pride ourselves on our friendly, knowledgeable, and above all trustworthy approach. That’s why when our clients call, they ask for us by name. It’s not a big deal, but it speaks volumes in how we approach our business. Many of our staff have been with us for over 10 years which tells you something about their commitment to our clients and to Deep Blue.
