All the rates on this site give an indication of the nightly rate excluding vat. They include all local taxes, utilities, housekeeping services as specified and on-call maintenance support. Rates can vary according to length of stay, season, and number of apartments booked.

During UK office hours, you’ll receive an email with a fixed price offer within two hours of sending your completed enquiry form. You can then directly book on-line, via our email offer.

VAT

The standard rate of VAT in the UK is currently 20%.

VAT is charged at full rate on accommodation charges for the first 28 nights. Thereafter it is charged at 20% of full rate (equivalent to 4% currently).

Extras are always charged at full rate.
