Are the photos of the actual apartment I will book?

The photos on the website are of a representative apartment at the location.

Is it possible to view an apartment before I book?

Yes we can usually arrange viewings, though this can depend on occupancy of the apartments at the time.

Some of our apartments have 360 degree views on our website, and of course do call any of our sales team who will answer any questions you may have regarding the apartments.

How do I get details of what to do to check-in at the apartment?

Once your payment is taken you will be emailed comprehensive arrival details. At some apartments you will be met on arrival. At others you will be given key codes for self entry.

What happens if I have a problem in the apartment?

Each apartment has an on-call duty manager to take care of any unexpected problems. You will be provided with information on how to contact this service in your arrival instructions.

I want to make a booking for several months - will I have to pay for the whole stay when I book?

For stays of over a month we are happy to invoice on a monthly basis. Payment is due before the period covered on the invoice.

Is my payment using my credit/debit card taken when I submit the booking form?

When your booking is received our staff will check that the apartment is still available and email you confirmation of your booking along with your invoice. If payment is by credit/debit card payment will then be taken.

How is housekeeping and linen change arranged?

In most apartments the housekeeping team will visit once weekly and change the linens and clean the apartment. Some apartments provide more frequent maid and linen change. Where this is the case it is specified in the entry for the apartment on our website.

Can I place an apartment on hold before I book it?

We operate a first-come, first-served policy. However sometimes we are able to place an apartment 'On hold' for a short time - please do call our Sales Team who will be happy to help.

Who pays for the utility bills and council tax?

One of the many advantages of serviced apartments is that all the utilities, council tax, TV license, and telephone line rental are included in the rates quoted. You do not need to contact service providers at all.
