Rates

All the rates on this site are displayed to give an indication of the rental costs for each apartment. Part weeks are charged on a pro-rata basis, e.g. for a 10 day period the cost would be the weekly rate x 10 divided by 7.

Rates may vary according to length of stay, time of year, and number of apartments booked. The rates include all local taxes, utilities, weekly (or more frequently if specified) housekeeping service and on-call maintenance support.

When you make an enquiry by completing the enquiry form we will provide a fixed quote based on your requirements. We will email you the quote within one working day (though usually it is much shorter than this).

VAT

During the first 28 days VAT is charged at the standard rate on all charges. Thereafter it is charged at the standard rate on 20% of the rental cost. Extras are always charged at the standard rate.

For invoices for apartment rental before 4th January 2011

The standard rate of VAT is 17.5%. After 28 days when the VAT applies to 20% of the rental charge this equates to 3.5%.

For invoices for apartment rental on or after 4th January 2011

The standard rate of VAT is 20%. After 28 days when the VAT applies to 20% of the rental charge this equates to 4%.
