Rates

All the rates on this site are displayed to give an indication of the rental costs for each apartment. Part weeks are charged on a pro-rata basis, e.g. for a 10 day period the cost would be the weekly rate times 10 divided by 7.

Rates may vary according to length of stay, time of year, and number of apartments booked. The rates include all local taxes, utilities, weekly (or more frequently if specified) housekeeping service and on-call maintenance support.

When you make an enquiry by completing the enquiry form we will provide a fixed quote based on your requirements. We will email you the quote within one working day (though usually it is much shorter than this).

VAT

During the first 28 days VAT is charged at the standard rate on all charges. Thereafter it is charged at the standard rate on 20% of the rental cost. Extras are always charged at the standard rate.

For invoices between 1st December 2008 and 31st December 2009

The standard rate of VAT is 15%. After 28 days when the VAT applies to 20% of the rental charge this equates to 3%.

For invoices before 1st December 2008 and after 1st January 2010

The standard rate of VAT is 17.5%. After 28 days when the VAT applies to 20% of the rental charge this equates to 3.5%.
