Only two minutes from the Harlequin shopping centre, and many restaurants, bars and clubs. The Palace Theatre and Watford football ground are also only a few minutes walk.
Watford railway station (18 minutes to Euston Station in London) is a short walk. Junction 5 of the M1 (20 minutes from London) and Junction 19 of the M25 are both only a five minute drive.
Both Heathrow and Luton airports are about a 20 minute drive.
